This policy explains how HUNT collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit zapito.ai or use the HUNT application and related services (together, the “Service”). If you use HUNT through an organization, that organization may also set rules for how its members use and manage content.

Information we collect

• Account information: identifiers and profile details used to create and secure your account, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication records.
• Organization and content information: organization details, goals, ideas, research prompts and reports, votes, comments, feedback, decisions, and other content you submit or generate while using the Service.
• Usage and device information: interactions with the Service, request timestamps, IP address, browser or device details, and diagnostic and security logs.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.

The public marketing site does not use advertising trackers. The application uses cookies and similar browser storage where needed for sign-in, security, session continuity, and saved in-progress actions.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
• authenticate users and manage organizations and permissions;
• store, display, and process the content you ask us to handle;
• respond to support requests and service feedback;

• Within your organization: organization members can see content and activity according to their access and role.
• Service providers: vendors that support authentication, hosting, database infrastructure, content delivery, security, email, search, and research or AI-assisted features process information for us under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
• Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud or abuse.
• Business changes: as part of a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected. Organization content may remain available to other authorized members after one member leaves.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

HUNT and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred across borders.

Your choices and rights

Children
