Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your access to zapito.ai, the HUNT application, and related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If the law where you live requires an older age, that older age applies.

The Service

HUNT helps teams collect, discuss, research, and make decisions about ideas. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the Service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features identified as preview, beta, experimental, or AI-assisted may be incomplete or change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and should not rely on the Service as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these terms.

Organization owners and administrators may invite or remove members, manage settings, and control access to organization content. Your use of an organization workspace may also be subject to that organization's policies.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit to the Service. You give HUNT a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide features you request. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for reasonable backup, legal, and security retention.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. Organization content may remain accessible to authorized organization members after you leave.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or evade usage limits;
• introduce malware or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without permission;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
• scrape, resell, or exploit the Service except as these terms or a separate written agreement permit.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services and may link to third-party sites or sources. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. HUNT is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your content before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” HUNT disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HUNT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. HUNT's total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid HUNT for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or law. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding consumer protections or other rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
